Dispute Resolution

Any dispute or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration under the UNCITRAL Arbitration Rules in Hong Kong. The proceedings shall be conducted in English.

General

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong.

Changes to These Terms of Use

We may modify these Terms of Use at any time by posting the revised version on the Site. Your continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
